You will learn why it is important and how to create a plan that will be meaningful to you and your loved ones.\n\n \n\nThis event is intended for all members of the community who would like to get started on their advance care plan.\n\n \n\nAdvance Care Planning is making decisions about the healthcare you want to receive in the event that you become unable to speak for yourself.
